A new meeting of HR Design with the Academy of Economic Studies. We discussed the characteristics and permanence of Change Management in the daily operations of organizations and especially, what is the professional and emotional impact at the individual level in such cases. It was an intense 90 minutes workshop, with alert dialogues and presentations of lived situations.
