The project was a really special one! It consisted of assisting a company (market leader in its field of activity) to reach its full organizational maturity. Together with the Client’s representatives, HR DESIGN team tried to understand the company’s modus operandi and what are the main obstacles to development. HR DESIGN solution meant creating a roadmap, with a clear explanation of the proposed steps and their allocation in time.
