At every moment we are involved in an act of sale, whether we are talking about ideas, products or services, over the phone, online or in the physical environment. And when the organization is focused on serving its customers at high quality standards, improving the sales skills of team members becomes absolutely necessary. During this training, the participants had the opportunity to learn the successful ingredients and the necessary steps for a sale, to identify the effective way to respond to the objections encountered in their field of activity and to put into practice the most appropriate techniques for closing the sale.
